My interest in massage and movement began early in life and continues to shape both my personal and professional direction.

After college, I completed a 750-hour professional training program at Discovery Point School of Massage in Washington State.

Since then, I have continued to study and refine my approach to bodywork with over 1,300 hours of ongoing education in Myofascial Release, injury-focused treatment, Thai Yoga Massage, Craniosacral therapy, and nerve facilitation. I am especially passionate about Manual Lymphatic Drainage and have completed specialized training through both the Chikly Health Institute and the Vodder School International. 

Outside of massage, I’ve also completed a 200-hour yoga teacher training, which supports my understanding of movement, breath, and the body as an interconnected system.

I value most about this work is its quiet, curious nature — listening carefully, noticing patterns, and working in collaboration with each person’s body.  I do believe bodywork is most meaningful when it is a collaborative process. I see each person as a whole, recognizing that physical, emotional, and life experiences can all influence well-being. My hope is to facilitate one piece of the puzzle that supports your body’s own capacity for change.

Outside of my practice, I enjoy the arts, design, and music. I’d say dreaming is one my favorite passtimes.
